Rules

I always go for quality and not quantity. To keep the quality of votes and comments some rules will apply.

Note*  Sometimes,even if you voted correctly,may appear that you didn't vote. That's because of IP change. Don't worry your vote has been taken,so you don't have to vote again.

For votes:

1. You can vote a limited number of times for a site. I know some people are not sure in their decisions,and for this you can vote more than one time. Please vote only if you're sure.

2. Only last vote counts,previous votes will be deleted.

3.  If you vote more than one time for the same option all those votes will be deleted.

4.  If you vote more than one time for each option you choose all those votes will be deleted.

5.  If you vote more than one time for an option and one time for another option,the multiple votes that you did for the first option will be deleted,even if it is your last choice according to point 2.

6. Any attempt to cheat will result in all votes deleted. In this case your opinion is worthless.


For comments:

1. Comments must be related to topics. Unrelated comments will be deleted.

2. Don't spam!

3. You can place your website/blog link in comments,if it's related to topic and contains useful information for readers. Also information on your website/blog must be specific for that topic.

4. Any comment that contains referral links will be marked as spam and will be deleted.
