The administration of www.sevenptr.com does not responses to my cash outs of $4,662, therefore, I will used my time, talent and treasures within this November 2012 to sent you in many scamadvisers networks as being scam if they will not pay attention to this request until to the INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE as scammer in their business.
This is my first step: to inform your office.

Hi! I' a free member, though I spent a lot of time and effort (and internet traffic, too :D ) just to reach minimum $10,000 withdrawal for free members, but, I haven't received even a penny after 4 months of waiting. They are not paying. They are replying to my email, saying payout will be given after reasonable time thereafter, but they will pay their gold members first. they said if I want, I could pay the upgraded membership so the payout will be given in 2 weeks. I don't believe them and I don't trust them, after seeing different comments and reactions of free members and paid members who are not being paid by this PTC scammer.
I have had a hard time getting any money from them as well as a gold member. Now they want more money to process the funds they already owe me. has anyone paid the additional 399.00 and got their money from this ?
